Email us at contact@ohmysmile.fr with your order number. No questions asked, no return required for a first purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your package arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days with a photo: we will reship at our expense or refund you in full — your choice.
